On Wednesday and Thursday, Cole presented at the BMW Motorrad Aftersales Conference to dealership and industry professionals. He discussed how SimplePart aides dealers in optimizing their part sales within the online space. He explained online order processing, visitor onsite performance and other items that can be analyzed and adjusted to increase online parts sales. Yesterday, the conference wrapped up and now the guys are headed home. We are looking forward to having them back in the office and hearing about all the new things BMW Motorrad has in the works.
We have been getting some updates on the ride back. Cole and John are in the Touareg driving straight through while taking turns sleeping and driving. Tom and Dion are taking the scenic route, taking time to see Yellowstone and Old Faithful. As of 9am, John and Cole have 600 miles to go! At the same time, Dion and Tom were planning their route for the day and getting ready to get back on the road. Safe travels everyone!
